Founded in 2016, the company initially supported major utility capital programs through transmission and distribution inspections, drone patrols, GIS collection, and infrastructure assessment services.
In 2025, the company expanded operations into full-scale overhead and underground line construction and storm restoration under the Bouthiller Line Construction name.
Today, Bouthiller Line Construction delivers disciplined field execution, strong safety leadership, and utility-grade operational performance across transmission and distribution systems.
