Joshua Bouthiller is the majority owner / managing partner of Creative Surveying, LLC dba Bouthiller Line Construction, a federally certified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business.

With over 10 years of utility construction experience, Joshua serves as a General Foreman, and Owner/Managing Partner responsible for daily field operations and construction execution.

His experience includes:

• Storm restoration operations
